I believe in using every last bit of food I prepare, no food is thrown out.

Last night I remembered that I had a few herbed chicken legs from a few nights ago. This became the perfect pairing for the lentils I had made. The beet and arugula salad will be eaten tonight. I love when new meals present themselves so easily. The lentils were served over mahogany rice.

This is one meal I am going to add to my repertoire!
