Summer Goddess Golden Smoothie

As we enjoy the end of a beautiful July, treat your inner goddess to this powerhouse mango and papaya smoothie that matches that summer sunset!

Why It’s Wild:

Papaya is chock full of the enzyme papain that acts as a helper in our gut, and can even relieve inflammation and swelling. 

Mango is rich in folate, choline and magnesium - all key players for brain health - as well as a rainbow of vitamins - we’re talking E, A, C and K. Say yes to this delicious & excellent source of antioxidants and phytonutrient firepower. 

Bananas are full of potassium, an important mineral for supporting healthy blood pressure and a fully functional heart. 

Ingredients:

1 fresh Mango, cut into chunks or 1 cup frozen mango
1 fresh papaya, cut into chunks

1 frozen banana
¾ cup coconut milk
1 tbsp honey or natural sweetener of your choice
Pinch of dried cardamom or ginger

Optional: 

Scoop of Wild-Lytes
Scoop of marine collagen

To Make:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in glasses with a straw or spoon.

Serves 2.
