If you have a sulfur sensitivity as I do, then pairing sulfuric foods with seeds such as sesame and pumpkin will help metabolize the sulfur compounds found in foods such as kale, garlic, cabbage, arugula, radish, etc. These seeds contain high amounts of the mineral molybdenum which is nutrient needed to help initiate this liver detoxification pathway (sulfation pathway). This strategic pairing is delicious and promotes re-balancing. ! How do you know if you have a sulfur sensitivity?  If  you can smell asparagus in your urine, then you have a sulfur sensitivity.  Sulfur sensitivities have been associated with arthritis, allergies, asthma etc.  Food for thought and use.
