Even if you don’t have a gluten sensitivity, spring allergies can be exacerbated if you eat wheat during this time of year. Wheat is in the grass family as is wild rice. Even millet is a mild grass.  Large consumptions of these foods during spring pollen season will negatively impact your allergic response.  Try instead, buckwheat, oats, or avoid breads this time of year.  Perfect for pre-summer shape up~
