Do I have a great job or what? Many weeks I get to taste the results of the upcoming Dinner in Minutes recipe after it’s had its closeup in the photo studio. And I can tell you that this week’s Chinese Chicken and Cabbage Stir-Fry is a real standout. Flavorful, healthful, nice to look at: It’s got it all.

    Good Food that Actually Tastes Good!

    Each recipe seems like more of a work of art rather than just one in a million that I could find in any cookbook.

    I absolutely love the overall look and the restorative information with the affirmations. I literally read the cards each time I make the recipes to remind myself of the benefits each recipe provides. The presentation encourages me to cook; it adds a sense of personal touch not found in regular cookbooks or recipe boxes. I have been searching for recipes that are healthy AND taste good AND easy to make and I really think yours fulfill all that I have been looking for.

    Great Book and Recipes!

    Teri has done a great job with this book and the recipes she included. The book made me feel empowered to take charge of my health and diet, and gave me the information I need to begin this path. I’ve already tried 3 of the recipes (Turkey Chili, Berryful Steelcut Oatmeal, and Spanish Quinoa) and they were all delicious. Even though I’m normally tempted to alter recipes, I followed these exactly. I was really impressed with how easy they were and how well they turned out. I look forward to trying more!

    Wonderful recipes and information about making better choices

    We love the book and the accompanying recipe cards. The recipes are delicious, easy to make, and provide satisfaction– you definitely do not feel like you are going without. We are particularly obsessed with the magic ingredient brownies. I highly recommend them.

    Great recipes!

    I have her recipe book and all of the recipes are very healthy and easy to make. The book is also inspirational; each recipe includes a motivating message of health.
